Spelman students are getting exclusive access to the Disney College Program HBCU Cohort Powered By Propel at the Walt Disney World® Resort. Participants will become part of the magic that is known worldwide, gain experience working in a front-line role at our parks and resorts, and have the opportunity to participate in learning experiences and activities created just for Disney Programs participants.
This unique program will offer participants the opportunity to network with HBCU alumni and professionals throughout the Walt Disney Company, take part in personal and career development classes, and live and work with people from all over the world. While students work in their roles, they will build transferable skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, guest service, and effective communication.
Requirements:
Current sophomores, juniors, and seniors enrolled and taking classes at an accredited US* HBCU (Historically Black College or University)

- With a 3.0 GPA or better
- Committed to completing three online learning classes through Propel’s virtual platform: Business Etiquette, Résumé Writing, and Acing the Interview.
Students who are selected through Propek will also get a $2500 sign-on bonus, have all housing fees covered, and be provided an additional stipend for participating in our courses. Let’s get your students registered.
