We invite ALL STUDENTS to commemorate their first destination after graduation by participating in our First Destination Celebration Video. This video will be featured as part of the Commencement festivities, highlighting your transition to the next phase of your life.
Submit your photo and details of your first destination plans by Thursday, April 25, 2024, to be included in this celebratory video. Let us honor your accomplishments and celebrate your future endeavors together.

- Copies of acceptance letter, offer letter, or future plans
PHOTO GUIDELINES:
- Recent photograph in a professional headshot or drape pose
- – “Spelman Headshot” is accepted (e.g., WEL scholars, scholarship recipients, etc.)
- – Only the graduate should be in the image
- – Solid-colored background
- – High resolution (most mobile phone cameras should suffice)
- – Formats: PNG, JPG (no PDFs)
- – Original photo file (not a picture of a picture)
- – Clothing should not include graphics, words, advertising, etc.
– Spelman reserves the right to exclude images not meeting these guidelines or inconsistent with our production plans.
