Contact Jennifer James at 404-270-5278 or jjames40@spelman.edu to schedule your recruitment activities for Spelman students ONLY.
If you are interested in scheduling recruiting activities for all three AUCC schools (Spelman, Morehouse and Clark-Atlanta) combined, please contact Carolyn Rhodes at 404-523-5148 or crhodes@aucenter.edu.
All companies will have the opportunity to schedule up to one tabling event and one in-person information session per semester pending available space. These activities cannot be interchanged (e.g. 2 tabling events or 2 info sessions in lieu of what has been stated). Priority scheduling will be given to current corporate sponsors/partners for available space on a certain date. We will not cancel anyone that already has secured space. It is recommended that any additional sessions employers desire to have beyond what has been stated be offered either virtually or off-campus.
Please post your event on Handshake and provide us with a promotional event flyer to include in our Weekly Recruiting Events Calendar, which is emailed to all students on Fridays. The flyer should include the event date, time, registration link, and a brief description. Submit no later than the Thursday of the week prior to your event to Jennifer James: jjames40@spelman.edu.
