Job Title: Sales Consultant & Enrollment Specialist
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (On-site)

The team has helped thousands of businesses, executives. entrepreneurs, and salespeople develop better business practice and sales/marketing techniques through events, books, and management consulting.
The Role:
- Reaching out to current and potential clients through email and phone to increase event registration and engagement.
- Consult with business owners to understand their business needs and direct them to the event and business coaching solution that is best for them.
- Focus on ticket sales and enrollment of business owners and entrepreneurs into the business events, summits, and bootcamps.
- Conducting outbound calls to leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for senior sales and enrollment team.
- Manage your pipeline using company CRM (Hubspot) and end of day reporting/ KPI tracking.
- Daily role-play and classroom style training sessions to build a bullet proof sales skill set for your first 3 weeks of onboarding and training.
The Ideal Candidate:
- experience in a sales role or phone sales experience, is preferred.
- Completion of sales training programs or mentorship is preferred.
- Has a high level of general business acumen.
- Is in a season of life to learn and grow in their career, wanting to receive feedback consistently, and has a competitive mentality towards sales.
- Graduating student or alumni
- athletic background and competitive spirit preferred
- great communicators who love solving problems, working with people, and looking to kickstart their career in sales, marketing, or business.

Compensation:
- On target earnings between $90k-$130k/year including a base + commissions.
