Job Title: Marketing Analyst Intern
Internship Details: Participating interns must have the ability to work full-time from the dates of June 3, 2024 to August 16, 2024. During the 10-week internship program, the expected flexible work schedule will model our current hybrid plan where interns will work remotely on Fridays, and in EarthLink’s office on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The starting pay is $20/hr, based on qualifications and experience.

Position Summary: EarthLink is seeking an eager Marketing Analyst Intern to support our Demand Generation and Marketing team during the Summer of 2024. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting the marketing team on various tasks to include market analysis and research and content management.

- Analyze current and past campaign performance, make recommendations to optimize existing campaigns to improve conversion and traffic, provide insights for future campaign strategy.
- Meet with Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Sales teams to review data
- Build a reporting framework that provides a full funnel of marketing campaigns and return on investment
- Deliver PowerBI reports, Excel and PowerPoint files with data, insights, and recommendations
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Sales teams to ensure quality and consistency of reporting
- Identify patterns, correlations, and trends to develop a data story
- Compile and distill key business insights from large data sets using tools such as SQL and Snowflake

- Able to effectively manage and prioritize different workstreams.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Google Analytics, CxOne, Snowflake, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Strong background in data sciences/mathematics
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Demonstrate the ability to interact successfully in a dynamic and culturally diverse workplace.
- Strong organization skills (email, task management, follow-up)
- Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively and independently, delivering on assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner

Education/Experience/Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing 4-year bachelor’s degree as a rising junior or senior with an emphasis in Human Resources
- Current GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Internship Benefits: Summer interns will be eligible to work flexible hours, where your daily working hours will be defined with your direct manager. Interns are eligible for holiday pay for the Fourth of July. Other benefits include free on-site parking, cafeteria, and vehicle detailing services.
