As a crucial member of our team, the Bilingual Social Worker will actively contribute to the provision of psychoeducation, care coordination, and community engagement. Your role involves spearheading Child and Family team meetings, developing enduring treatment plans, and cultivating robust collaborations with caregivers, community stakeholders, and healthcare providers. Services will predominantly occur in-person within the Oakland/Richmond community, with the opportunity to complete some of your responsibilities remotely.
ABOUT KAISER WRAPAROUND
This Kaiser Wraparound Program is a partnership between Kaiser Permanente and Seneca Family of Agencies, providing behaviorally focused mental health services to children and families. The program aims to provide children and their families with the support and services they need for children to maintain the lowest level of care possible and avoid out of home placements (group homes, juvenile hall, and hospitalization).

Responsibilities
- Assess the engagement needs of each youth and family, collaborating with Wraparound team members to establish supportive connections for families
- Offer support in case planning and provide consultations to team members on both clinical and casework issues as appropriate
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of mental health notes, assessments, treatment plans, outcome measures, incident reports, and other necessary documentation
- Deliver individual or family therapy when indicated
- Actively engage in the 24-hour on-call support line system
- Participate in both individual and group supervision sessions
- Attend all mandatory training sessions
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Counseling/Psychology/Social Work
- Registered with California BBS: ASW, AMFT, APCC, or full licensed
- Bilingual Spanish skill set
- Flexible schedule with ability to work some evenings and weekends
- Be part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled ahead of time
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Own vehicle, Valid California driver’s license and insurability with Seneca’s automobile policy
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
- Must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Preferred:
- Experience working with children in out-of-home care
- Excellent organizational and critical-thinking skills
Schedule
- Full-time
- Mon-Fri; 9am-5pm
- Flexible schedule with ability to work some evening and weekend
- Hybrid; provide in-person services & complete documentation remotely
Benefits
- Starting at $75,010 – $89,010 per year, actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualification
- Additional $4000 salary increase for BBS licensure
